JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell Aerospace (AERO SBG), you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining workflow processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall workflow. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating waste, and implementing best practices.

The annual base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $92,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze existing workflow processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow transitions
  • Monitor and evaluate workflow performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations and clearance requirements, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of workflow analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in workflow management software and tools such as Microsoft office, SAP, Team Center and Workstream

WE VALUE

  • Familiarity with ERP Systems
  • Experience leading small groups, teams, or projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
