Leading a team responsible for revenue retention, day to day administration, and contractual commodity expansion for all customer in all segments in EMEA & APAC
Manage renewal pipeline and forecast to senior management on a weekly basis
Handle client escalations with a high level of customer-facing skills and customer success or sales expertise
Hold 1-on-1 meetings with the team and develop career growth for each individual resource
Maintain CRM data and renewal pipeline within Salesforce.com
Create best practices that deliver an increase in productivity and retention results
Communicate with internal stakeholders to improve overall retention
Skills and knowledge you possess:
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Business/Sales Development
1+ years of experience in people management
Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organization and presentation skills
Demonstrated strength as a collaborator and an ability thrive in fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling environments
Sense of urgency and a believer in accountability. Motivated, drives for results, a self-starter
Strong foundation in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales built through relevant training and practical experience
