What you’ll do:

  • Leading a team responsible for revenue retention, day to day administration, and contractual commodity expansion for all customer in all segments in EMEA & APAC
  • Manage renewal pipeline and forecast to senior management on a weekly basis
  • Handle client escalations with a high level of customer-facing skills and customer success or sales expertise
  • Hold 1-on-1 meetings with the team and develop career growth for each individual resource
  • Maintain CRM data and renewal pipeline within Salesforce.com
  • Create best practices that deliver an increase in productivity and retention results
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to improve overall retention

Skills and knowledge you possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Business/Sales Development
  • 1+ years of experience in people management
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organization and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strength as a collaborator and an ability thrive in fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling environments
  • Sense of urgency and a believer in accountability. Motivated, drives for results, a self-starter
  • Strong foundation in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales built through relevant training and practical experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Direct experience working for or with an Online Video Platform
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
