Communicating with the Product Owner and stakeholders, receiving business requirements and feedback

Analyzing the various types of requirements of the portal (functional, non-functional, and business)

Compiling SRS documents based on requirement analysis results

Monitoring project activities in various areas, including requirements gathering, UX design, development, testing, and release

Forming a sprint backlog based on business priorities, as well as tracking any changes

Organizing the team’s work, ensuring maximum efficiency

Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams

Communicating with the system’s users, processing and forwarding bug reports to the development team

2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager

English language skills at the upper-intermediate level

Understanding of the software development process and life cycles

Experience creating project documentation (including SRS) and updating it as project changes require

Presentation skills

Ability to communicate constructively with users and project stakeholders

Experience collaborating with UX designers

Higher education in a technical field

Officially registered full-time employment
