As an Enterprise Client Executive, your primary role will be to manage and expand sales activities within your assigned, existing named enterprise accounts for NetApp products and professional Services. You will develop both long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet ambitious revenue goals. You must be results-driven, customer-centric, technologically proficient, and adept at nurturing internal relationships and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prolific in deepening relationships with existing named accounts to expand business opportunities and revenue growth.
• Design, manage, and grow a sales pipeline within your assigned territory to increase sales revenues.
• Construct and execute strategic enterprise account plans, managing a team of resources to meet set goals.
• Strong focus on customer success, demonstrating excellent listening and advocacy skills.
• Foster relationships with partners, provide product expertise, and act as a liaison to enhance communication, collaboration, and accountability, coordinating with additional support resources as needed.
• Enable partner sales and technical teams in line with partner compliance requirements and Go-to-Market strategy, working closely with the NetApp Channel Development Manager.
• Concentrate on maintaining a select partner portfolio in the territory that will yield maximum results: prioritize quality of partners over quantity.
• Communicate NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to partner sales and technical teams as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in field technology sales, focusing on account expansion and enterprise account planning.
• Consistent record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
• Deep understanding of the storage and cloud infrastructure landscape.
• Strong understanding of the channel sales landscape in a distributed environment.
• Broad exposure to a variety of storage and cloud technologies/concepts.
• Autonomous individual, comfortable working both independently and in a team environment demonstrating high integrity.
• Highly organized with the ability to collaborate with colleagues within departments and across functions.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
