As a You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work onsite with a team. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our IA gas detection solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on gas detection systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must have at least 1 year of proven Team Player experience
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) based on job title
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in gas detection technologies
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
