Description

• This role is an opportunity to join the Mobile finance team with a focus on commercial pricing. Responsibilities include supporting customer sales and product management organizations to meet pricing requests from customers, preparing quarterly financial forecasts, developing and maintaining data in financial systems, and utilizing Tableau to perform and present financial analyses. This position is key contributor to driving Qualcomm’s mobile business financial results and is highly visible to both finance management and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

• Experience in semiconductor, wireless industry, and/or financial planning role is highly beneficial.

Level of Responsibility:

• Works independently with minimal supervision.

• Provides supervision/guidance to other team members.

• Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate work group.

• Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require negotiation, influence, tact, etc.

• Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards for functional area within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.

• Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).

• Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Pay range:

$83,000.00 - $125,000.00
