Qualifications
- Detail-oriented individual who can quickly and accurately comprehend, manipulate, and prepare financial models and analyses from large and sometimes ambiguous datasets. Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking are a must
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, intellectual curiosity, personal accountability, and a commitment to driving results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholders at varying levels
- Ability to effectively communicate, telling stories with data, instilling confidence, educating, and motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets required. Working knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of Finance experience or equivalent tenure from related positions (experience in technology or other high growth companies preferred)
- Degree in a field such as business, finance, economics, statistics or mathematics, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred
