The individual in this role is responsible for supporting the organization with strategic, tactical and
managerial leadership specific to their assigned assets. This includes working with cross-functional
colleagues to profile the access landscape, develop and execute research, develop strategies
to achieve product access goals across all key stakeholders listed above. In addition, this individual is responsible for crafting payer messaging and pull through tactics to enhance
brand performance and to identify tactics to support the brand through policy changes (i.e. IRA).

The person hired for this role will need to sit out of our Parsippany, NJ office atleast three days a week

Occasional:
⦁ Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:
⦁ Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

⦁ May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).

Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $173,000-$227,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
