Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging analytics and business insights

  • Own and drive P&L performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Leadership organizations, driving a unified approach to business goals.

  • Lead a high-performing team of 50+ members, including Directors, Digital Transformation (DT) leaders, and Senior Managers.

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, fostering partnerships that drive category success.

  • Manage day-to-day operations while executing transformational initiatives to drive innovation and change.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of business strategy, analytics, and category management.

  • Experience developing and executing market growth strategies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Can balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to work as one team across multiple business units, promoting collaboration.

  • Skilled at breaking silos and fostering teamwork by leveraging diverse perspectives.

Education and Experience

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to drive transformation and inspire teams toward a common goal.

  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and operations within a large organization.
