As a member of our dynamic team, you will engage in projects that transcend geographical borders and span across diverse industry sectors. The focus will be on delivering high-quality SAP solutions for our clients, either through support activities or full-scale implementations.
Your key responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements related to SAP FICO Modules
Blueprint Workshop: Prepare and conduct blueprint workshops to define and map out the solution architecture based on business requirements.
Configuration and Testing: Configure SAP systems according to business requirements and perform unit testing to ensure the functionality aligns with expectations.
Issue Resolution: Document, resolve, and escalate issues as needed to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
Data Migration: Execute data migration tasks, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data between systems.
Functional Specifications: Develop Functional Specifications for FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows) development, outlining the technical requirements.
Authorization Design: Collaborate with business process owners to develop authorization design and matrix, ensuring proper access controls.
Test Planning and Execution: Define test scenarios, create test scripts, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the system's functionality.
Key User Training: Take responsibility for Key User Training, ensuring end-users are well-equipped to operate the SAP system effectively.
System Cutover: Lead the final system cutover and data migration activities to transition from the implementation phase to the operational phase.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to address any issues or concerns arising after the system goes live.
Project Leadership: Lead the project team members in executing project tasks, ensuring the completion of project deliverables on time and within scope.
Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance to team members on their career and skillset development, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
Pre-Sales Activities: Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing expertise to engage potential clients and win new projects.
Skills and attributes for success
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information System, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 1 years working experience for Associate and a minimum of 3 years of working experience for Senior Associate - or atleast 1 full project implementation.
Travel: Willingness to travel for project assignments and assist in new project/client engagements.
