Establishing and managing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

Meeting assigned targets for boosting sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

Requirements
BS/BA required - MBA preferred
At least 7 years of proven success in partnership or sales development in the NA financial services market, out of which a minimum of 3 years in partnership management
A track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals
Excellent ability to create personal connections with prospective clients and internal colleagues
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Expertise in prospecting, client consultation, problem-solving, closing and growing client relationships
Ability to travel, meet with prospective clients/working deals
An energetic and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals
