What you'll be doing:
Sustain the test program of mature products and released it into the production line successfully
Drive factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review
Work with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement
Collaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractor
Manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production line
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
Identify and fixing manufacturing problems
Identify process, material and test program issues
What we need to see:
Bachelor Degree in an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiences
Familiarity with mixed-signal IC test theory and manufacture process including wafer sort and final test
Familiarity with the hardware and software in ATE machine
Background with the data analysis and test yield improvement
Experience with the production management
Familiar with the burn-in theory and manufacture process are plus
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractors
Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
