Job Description- CGAI GHI Org is seeking for an experienced and organized individual to provide high quality, reliable administrative support.
- This person will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals and groups.
- Typical duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide various administrative support to the department staff and employees including recognitions, office supply, interview scheduling, new employee integration, opening of purchase orders, and more.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Manage calendar schedule.
- Serve as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative support.
- Availability for minimum 3 working days a week from Intel Bangalore office.
- Administrative management capabilities
- Strong High level of communication in English skills including advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to details
