In this role, you will:
- Transform strategic objectives into detailed, actionable plans for local and metropolitan theaters.
- Unify strategic planning efforts by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop Strategic Metropolitan Plans that align with Global Site Strategy and adhere to Portfolio Management Standards.
- Perform quarterly updates on metropolitan supply/demand projections.
- For proposed investments - Coordinate with RE, Workplace Team Leaders (WTL), and Client Relationship Managers (CRM) on:
- Validation of need, and BU support and affordability
- Identification of options and alternatives
- Business case development and evaluation
- Conformance with Corporate and BU policies and strategies
- Integration of operations and IT concerns into overall site investment plan
- Annually develop and update Metropolitan plans, ensuring clear communication of strategies to key stakeholders.
- Offer analytical and presentation support to strategy and execution teams, enhancing the decision-making process for Cisco's leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing corporate real estate portfolios in support of strategic business direction.
- Working knowledge of Occupancy Planning and Workplace Strategy concepts and deliverables.
- Exceptional change management skills coupled with the ability to effectively implement creative change initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Education in Planning, Engineering, Architecture or related/similar field
- Recognized academic achievements and industry credentials or memberships.
- Extensive knowledge of best practice in workplace solutions as a business enabler
- Adept in cross-functional collaboration and interfacing with diverse, dispersed teams.
- Proficient in project and program management, with relevant certifications being a plus.
- Skilled in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Experienced in risk mitigation strategies.
- Capable of leading a matrixed, cross-functional team including internal and external service providers.
