Responsibilities:
Performs day-to-day channel marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, complex deployment scheduling management, A/B testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
Performs QA testing, manages the implementation and creation of promotional, lifecycle, and transactional marketing programs to consumers and dealers.
Maintains and executes on-going test/learnings and makes recommendations for further enhancements.
Collaborates across teams (brand manager, analysts, digital operations, and third party vendors) to design and execute programs in support of brand and sales goals.
Ensures accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications.
Optimize marketing strategies based on past results, market changes and consumer insights.
Create, document and distribute channel strategy and campaign results.
Compile documentation for internal and external audits.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suites
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
2+ years of experience in Google Suites
2+ years of email marketing execution experience
