The role requires the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in both spoken and written forms, and that they can handle complex and specialized vocabulary, grammar, and syntax. They also need to have a good command of English, as they will have to work with source documents and instructions in English and communicate with their supervisors, colleagues, and stakeholders in English.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in medical related field with at least 2+ years’ work experience in healthcare documentation specific to EU countries or regions. Fluency in German, French, or Dutch languages.
OR
Equivalent experience working in hospital networks with deep knowledge in Healthcare documentation requirements for EU countries or regions.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare with at least 3+ years’ work experience in healthcare documentation specific to EU countries or regions. Fluency in other European languages to include German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, etc..
OR
Equivalent experience working in hospital networks with deep knowledge in Healthcare documentation requirements for EU countries or regions.
- Follow the process for Feedback Sharing with the Suppliers and track action items as required.
- Monitor quality of documents against the guidelines provided and keep track of progress.
- Communicate status updates periodically to supervisor, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Timely escalations as appropriate on non-compliance or not meeting delivery standards.
- Develop the guidelines and FAQs required for each task in alignment with healthcare documentation and country-specific standards and regulations.
- Periodic monitoring of the guidelines and updates required as necessary to maintain the reliability.
- Continuous improvement in process and easy access to updated guidelines to all stakeholders and suppliers.
- As the AI space is evolving, there is need to constantly update our knowledge and skillsets required to perform the tasks.
- Adapting quickly to changes required and continuously learn to adapt to new processes/tasks.
- Keeping up to date on the healthcare standards required for the specific country or region.
