About the Role
The Staff, Interactive Content Partnerships will report to the Director, Interactive Content Partnerships. You’ll manage a mix of strategic and operational projects working cross-functionally across multiple departments throughout Walmart (e.g. leadership, product, design, engineering) and with external content partners to drive forward category-defining initiatives.
We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic partnerships, product management and creative product operations. You should be a self-starter, be comfortable breaking the status quo, know how to leverage associative thinking, can think big, and is an excellent written and oral communicator.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving strategic workstreams , including but not limited to:
- Supporting the director in scaling interactive content through strategic content partners.
- Partnering closely with product teams to develop strategies for new workstreams .
- Driving multiple elements of strategic development for new content strategies, including the development of business cases (opportunity sizing) and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Serving as a SME for interactive item page content by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the external market.
- Overseeing innovation operations , including but not limited to:
- Developing scaling and rollout plans.
- Conducting day to day relationship management with external vendors.
- Developing, structuring, and reporting OKRs and KPIs for owned initiatives to senior leaders, in partnership with analytics partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
