You will be working in multi-disciplinary teams with leading professionals from other competencies.

Your key responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working independently with your own internal clients advising them on the best way to identify and attract candidates. You will then have to define the most appropriate sourcing strategy leveraging social media and traditional portals. You will interact with those prospects and try to engage them through a compelling HR interview experience, being responsible for all steps of the recruitment process until contract signature. As a team, we’re trying to be as data oriented as possible, so you will have to track your activities through various ATS and internal tools.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar.
  • 5-7 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • You are fluent in English (French or German advantageous).

Ideally, you also have

  • worked with an ATS/CRM (Success Factor, Avature, SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.)
