Processing customer quotes for smaller opportunities and complete the required paperwork for SAP Business Technology Platform sales;
Support BTP (Business Technology Platform) sales transactions via SAP Store;
Review deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations;
Guide and advise our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements;
Prepare contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics;
Collaborate with the field on pricing and packaging issues and trigger respective improvements;
Expedite the adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity;
Comply with operational procedures, e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements;
Act as an advisor for SAP policies;
Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end-to-end;
Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements
Requirements:
Student at a university or a university of applied sciences; bachelor’s degree would be advantageous;
Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); another language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus;
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
Experience in using CRM systems is a plus;
Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges;
Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude;
Ability to work under pressure.
Working schedule:
Part time. 20-30 hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness;
Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required;
Working from SAP office in Warsaw 1-2 days a week.
