We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leader of Global Commercial Account Management/Growth to join our team with a focus on managing and developing a team of Account Managers to solve key challenges for clients while achieving retention and revenue growth. This role requires team leadership, team development, coaching, performance management, and a strong focus on reporting and automation. You will hire, coach, and develop the Global Commercial Account Management Team. In this role, you will report on your business, people, and forecast to the Global VP of Customer Growth. You will work collaboratively with a multitude of different teams including Sales, Sales Ops, CS, Product, and R&D, and must be able to develop strong relationships internally. Success will be measured on the ability to achieve team retention and sales goals.Responsibilities:Lead and Manage a team of Commercial Account Managers focused on retention and growth revenueManage, Hire, and Lead performance conversations with team membersNavigate client relationships across a technical portfolio of productsAutomate certain touch points to effectively manage the team's large book of business Accurately forecast growth and retention opportunitiesEscalate customer questions and issues to the appropriate teams.About You:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating leadership role in Saas/technology space 5+ years of experience in software account management and/or sales requiredStrong organization, presentation, and influencing skillsHistory of exceeding sales and retention goals Highly motivated as well as able to develop a highly motivated and success-oriented teamProven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.#LI-GC1
