- Deepen C-suite relationships within existing strategic accounts to uncover growth opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 12+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience managing teams
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 12+ years of healthcare business development or strategic account management experience
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing enterprise healthcare accounts
- Deep understanding of PBM and health plan business models and buying processes
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining C-level relationships in healthcare
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Thrive in a rapidly changing environment, which requires prioritization, constant learning, juggling multiple responsibilities at once, and taking calculated risks
- Excellence in executive communications and presentations
- Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across a large organization
- Ability to travel up to 20-50% for client visits and engagement


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
- Experience working with emerging technologies
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with healthcare technology or digital health solutions
- Track record of innovative problem-solving in complex healthcare environments
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations
