About The Role

The Team Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement of the renewal playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

  • Drive and own the renewal process E2E
  • Work closely with the sales, customer success & finance teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-60-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, new products, etc.).
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests.
  • Motivated by supporting others to achieve success and growing individuals
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years experience managing direct reports of Renewal/Account Managers for a software solution (minimum 5 people)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Renewal Management ideally in SaaS companies
  • Strong People skills
  • Proven experience in handling renewals/accounts in scale for ENT/MM & SMBs
  • Working in a global team involving team members from multiple countries (advantage)
  • Experience in SFDC (Advantage)
  • Data-driven and Data oriented
  • Experience in creating workflows that increase efficiency
