You will serve as a trusted advisor to Product Management, responsible for operationalizing product strategy in CTG. You will drive operational excellence for product and product related initiatives through business analysis, aligning with customer needs, and driving superlative process improvements for the business. Cross-functional collaboration is crucial to this role as you will work closely with stakeholders across the business.

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to CTG Product Teams
• Being a leader while driving the operational reporting, analytics, and business insights for relevant business groups
• Enabling strategic decision making by utilizing data analysis to inform recommendations, and work with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide understanding and cohesion
• Understanding factors and areas of opportunities to drive the business towards better and proactive decision making
• Optimizing processes to support decision making at scale
• Collaborating with Product Managers to develop and manage to key performance indicators
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure meeting market needs and pervading all aspects of the strategy
• Helping contribute to the future direction of our Product Operations function within CTG

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and experience with SQL query syntax
• Have experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all levels of an organization
• Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operating systems with limited supervision, and building rudimentary dashboards
• Have experience analyzing data and modeling solutions to provide solutions and thought leadership to facilitate organizational initiatives
• Be a problem solver, quickly identify issues, and propose solutions that drive business value
