Key job responsibilities- Provide domain-specific expertise and overall data systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the big data space.- Capture business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
- Drive execution of fixes and feature changes to ensure the delivery is in line with the expected outcome and target dates
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently with all stakeholders through various channels including ongoing program status reports- System onboarding and management of additional phase 2 and other tools implementation that are vital to the overall integration efforts. Maintain and facilitate CMs onboarding in multiple geographies (China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, etc.)
- Partner with Product, SCM, and Operations leaders to develop operational processes and policies

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions

- 5+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
