Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional (MEE) sales leadership to develop localized marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
Create, execute, and measure demand generation programs leveraging global campaigns and regional insights.
Plan and manage events, co-marketing activities with SAP market units, and campaigns to deliver leads and optimize the customer experience.
Partner with global marketing teams to align on regional paid media, PR, social campaigns, partner marketing, and website content requirements.
Track and report ROI on regional programs and marketing sourced/influenced pipeline, ensuring effective budget management.
Support sales enablement through communication tools, materials, and follow-up strategies.
What you'll need
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, in enterprise software within Germany / CEE or DACH region.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with expertise in demand generation, event planning, digital marketing, and analytics.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to optimize marketing performance.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, both locally and internationally, in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRM and automation tools like Salesforce, Demandbase, or Pardot.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Native German speaker.
