Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional (MEE) sales leadership to develop localized marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Create, execute, and measure demand generation programs leveraging global campaigns and regional insights.
  • Plan and manage events, co-marketing activities with SAP market units, and campaigns to deliver leads and optimize the customer experience.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to align on regional paid media, PR, social campaigns, partner marketing, and website content requirements.
  • Track and report ROI on regional programs and marketing sourced/influenced pipeline, ensuring effective budget management.
  • Support sales enablement through communication tools, materials, and follow-up strategies.
What you'll need
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, in enterprise software within Germany / CEE or DACH region.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with expertise in demand generation, event planning, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to optimize marketing performance.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, both locally and internationally, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM and automation tools like Salesforce, Demandbase, or Pardot.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Native German speaker.
