Your Career
As a Sr Designer, you will design and shape our UX vision and processes and champion great design throughout the company. You must be a self-starter, keen to learn and experiment with new technologies. You will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team to identify challenges and define solutions.
Your Impact
- Conduct a full design cycle, from collecting inspiration to creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with a high-end look and feel
- Stay abreast of competitor experiences, industry trends, cybersecurity technology, and design solutions
- Collaborate with remote and co-located design teams across the globe
Your Experience
- Experience with solving complex product problems
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Ability to understand and navigate challenging business scenarios
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong UI skills, including hierarchy, typography, illustrations, and iconography
- Experience working with design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional team members
- Good written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- A keen interest in learning about and adapting to the dynamic field of cybersecurity
