In this role, you will…

Enhance the Managerial effectiveness of DSMs through performance coaching / Leadership skills training and on the Job coaching.

Assess relevant training needs for all individuals in the sales organization, in consultation with Sales Heads and HR and deliver training courses to meet training needs.

Support the execution of marketing programs and continuous review and monitor the progress of sales teams as required for ensuring best-in-class sales force.

Plan training budgets, forecast costs as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.

Value added to the success of the organization

Develop and implement Sales Training and Sales Enablement initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the sales force and support achievement of financial and strategic revenue targets.

In this role, you’ll need …

Possess a bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in MNC organisations

The role requires field work requirement as – 7-10days in a month (performing the role of Field Sales Coach), and need to focus on “Core Sales Training experience“ - includes Classroom Training, Induction, LMS content Development in MNC organisations.

At least 2 - 4 years of Training experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices companies

Good computer skills to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
