What you need to know about the role:A Sales Trainer & Coach will
entail delivering
In your day-to-day role you will:
- Delivering training programs: Delivering comprehensive sales training curriculums covering topics like product knowledge, sales process, objection handling, closing techniques, and other selling skills.
 - Conducting individual coaching sessions: Providing one-on-one feedback and guidance to sales reps based on their performance data, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring coaching plans accordingly.
 - Performance analysis: Monitoring sales metrics, identifying trends, and analyzing sales call recordings to pinpoint areas where coaching is most needed.
 - Role-playing and practice sessions: Facilitating simulated sales scenarios to help sales reps practice and refine their selling skills.
 - Identifying training needs: Assessing individual sales rep strengths and weaknesses to determine specific training requirements.
 - Mentoring new sales hires: Providing comprehensive onboarding training to new sales team members.
 - Staying updated on industry trends: Keeping abreast of new sales methodologies, market changes, and customer needs to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
