What you will accomplish :
Drive key horizontal workstreams and initiatives based on company priorities.
Work “end to end” with colleagues and partners across multiple teams — from identifying problems to delivering a full and complete product solution — delivering with efficiency, agility and velocity.
Demonstrate thought leadership in the Financial Services and Trust space, setting the strategic direction and acting as an immediate force multiplier in the most challenging areas of the company.
Understand business, customer and experience goals and challenges and be able to lead teams with a POV that provides future-proof and scalable solutions, driving alignment with peers and cross-functional partners including Director-level and above.
Leads cross-functional discovery activities and collaborates on the current and future direction of the experience with design peers, researchers, product and engineering partners and executive leadership.
Clearly craft narratives and lead design reviews to gain alignment while holding a high bar in terms of design and execution.
Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
Contribute to departmental planning and budgeting, helping shape and implement team priorities and support project deadlines.
What you will bring :
BS Degree in Interaction design, HCI, Visual Communications or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design.
Outstanding online portfolio that shows a broad range of interaction design work from native apps, web and desktop-based applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects across different teams in a fast-paced, agile environment using strong people, project, communication and organizational skills.
Experience using human centered design and design thinking to build scalable frameworks and strategies for projects end-to-end.
Experience using data and research to impact decision making and measure outcomes.
Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to present ideas concisely and persuasively to peers and leaders to solicit design feedback and gain alignment.
Proactively identifies opportunities for self-development, acts as a force-multiplier, and intentionally models a growth mindset for the team.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma, and a “stickler” for clean, organized files.
