Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and drive the execution of customer marketing and demand generation activity for one of BA META’s businesses, focused on a B2B2C audience
- With the support of the Customer Marketing Leader, develop and execute first-class customer engagement strategies aligned to MGP/MGR metrics for below the line marketing activities (for example: engagements (in-person and virtual), digital, social, email marketing, content creation)
- Work in close conjunction with sales team to engage with and support the dynamic requirements of partners, dealers and distributors to drive business growth
- Functional responsibility for the Lead to Revenue process, with support of the team, to ensure alignment with metrics, (MQL – SQL). Seek areas for improvement and drive support from sales to demonstrate ROMI
- Accurately plan and manage customer marketing budget and reporting, with a focus on ROMI
- Manage multiple activities across the region with different tactics under tight deadlines
Tools and process: good experience of fully utilizing marketing platforms including Work Front, Marketo, NEX and others as necessary to perform daily requirements of the role - MoS and reporting support for BA META CM team: in line with role requirements
- Translation & localization requirements: for marketing materials and content, product information, articles, installation manuals, etc.
- Support website management and content creation (catalogues, brochures, videos, etc)
- Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently
- Be a valued contributor to the BA META Customer Marketing team; driving awareness around the business and value delivered by the function
YOU MUST HAVE - Previous experience: 7 years+ relevant experience in marketing or closely related function role
- Hands-on knowledge of and track record using effective digital communication strategies, media platforms and channels
B2B2C experience along with experience supporting loyalty & channel programs including driving and tracking MDF usage - Thorough experience with marketing tools: NEX, Marketo, Work Front (or similar Marketing platforms)
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers
- Tenure at a similar MNC or similar industry
- Bi-lingual; Arabic and English
- Digital first mind-set: experience in managing demand generating activities effectively leveraging digital strategies and ABM
- Proven track record in executing projects to plan on time and to budget
