1.NPI Project Management: Lead or supervise new productintroduction process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure thetimely and successful launch of new products.
4.Technical Expertise: Provide technical support andguidance throughout the NPI process. Address complex technical issues andensure that new products meet quality and performance standards.
5.Product Validation: Support product testing andvalidation activities to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatoryrequirements. Identify and address any issues that arise during testing.7.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensivedocumentation related to new product introductions. Implementstrategies to prevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.

Must Haves:
1.5-7 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role,

4.Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
