Your key responsibilities

We’ll look to you to take ownership of key deliverables and workstreams by developing a point of view, driving problem solving and insightful analysis of our clients’ most strategic issues. You will interact directly with our clients and continually challenge yourself to navigate ambiguous situations and ever-changing circumstances. You’ll add value by looking at the bigger picture and thinking creatively for new solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have

· A bachelor’s degree in business-focused curriculum and at least 5-9 years of significant work experience within industry or consulting

· Achievement of an MBA or similar graduate degree from a leading program

· Deep problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches

· Significant people management experience with leading project teams and managing direct reports within an organization.

· Demonstrated ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, playing an active role in mentoring junior level consultants within the organization

· Excellent listening and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data insights simply and effectively across audiences

· Significant experience monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

· Exceptional skill in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and/or other platforms for digital presentation and data analysis and visualization and such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, and Alteryx

· A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally to meet client needs

Ideally, you'll also have

· Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global institution

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $127,100 to $233,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $152,500 to $264,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
