What you will do:

• Support the Sales team with recommendations for development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions to help them achieve sales quotas

• Meet revenue goals, deployment, and service objectives while sustaining good relationships with prospects and customers

• Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers

• Collaborate with product teams and the Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience with our offerings and solutions

• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for the customers, gain the trust of IT professionals, and build long-lasting relationships within our key accounts

• Prepare detailed product specifications and implement customer installation plans

• Demonstrate expertise by delivering whitepapers and conference speeches; share knowledge with your team members to allow them to learn from your work

What you will bring:

• 5 years of experience as a sales engineer, consultant, solutions architect, or a relevant role; experience in presales

• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, preferably in Red Hat platform like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Network Satellite, or other related technologies

• Knowledge of open source cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a Service (PaaS) solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat Openshift Container Platform, or related community projects

• Knowledge of technologies like clustering, directory services, and identity management

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives

• Willingness to travel up to 50%

The salary range for this position is $162,950.00 - $260,830.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
