Your Impact

We are seeking an inspirational and innovative Senior Solutions Engineering Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Solutions Engineering Leader in CAI you will be responsible for crafting our Cloud & AI solutions in the US Public Sector - East SLED business. You will lead a team of highly specialized Solutions Engineers engaging with our direct line of business to articulate Cisco's strategy, design & execute on our Full Stack Architecture in the AI Ready Data Center. This role requires extensive leadership experience, a deep understanding of Cloud + AI technologies, and a strong ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to a diverse audience.

  • You'll have the ability to own the team that will develop and execute a solution lead business outcome strategy to achieve sales targets for AI products and services
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • You will need to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to present and demonstrate Data Center Innovation in the space of AI to some of our largest public sector customers in the East US, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and needs related to AI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, product development, channel and solutions partners and customer success, to align sales strategies and improve customer experiences.
