Department Overview

We evaluate whether controls are well-designed and operating effectively. Our approach is tailored based on Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) data, and it supports proactive risk management in alignment with the Risk Management Framework. We perform evidence-based controls evaluations and document our outcomes based on applicable policies and standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop executive level presentations, executive summaries, and steering committee decks for both the EBCE Testing Organization and the Control Management leadership team. Effectively deliver key messages to business and operations senior leadership.
  • Enhance new and existing processes within the EBCE testing organization by implementing workflows and automated analysis and reporting where feasible. Develop and document business management routines procedures where needed.
  • Support with ongoing business routines including strategic planning, leadership off-sites, quarterly All-Hands calls, and other items as assigned by the business manager.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex culture and communication challenges across multiple lines of business.
  • Navigate senior levels of the organization and utilize relationships to build consensus and alignment.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching.
  • Support the development of the EBCE Testing organization strategy, track progress, and develop a communication plan to support the narrative.
  • Lead both planned and ad hoc strategic analyses as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Lead ad-hoc key initiatives for the EBCE Strategy Leader from ideation to implementation.
  • Lead through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts.
  • Adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes that transpire in the running ofPrograms/initiatives/businessroutines.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding driving culture strategy significantly influencing the company's approach to execution of change.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Extensive experience counseling executives on high profile issues and delivery of internal communications
  • Extensive experience presenting information that persuades and enhances understanding at all levels.
  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on executive-level presentations through PowerPoint.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Control evaluation/testing and/or Audit experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading culture transformation communication in a large-scale financial service company
  • Extensive experience partnering with senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Extensive experience to drive problem solving for complex questions (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions)
  • Ability to lead team(s) across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to lead in a fast paced, high demand environment.


Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved job posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
