This job is responsible for supporting programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include assisting department managers with critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
Line of Business Role Description:
The Credit Program Lead will act as an objective advisor to LOB heads across a broad set of processes within three businesses – Loan, Lease, and Global Trade. Leads the design of the future state fulfillment and servicing processes. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Areas of focus include:
- Program Manage project timelines
- Track program status and escalate as required
- Manage project deliverables and ensure key milestones are complete
- Present-out status to key leaders in technology, the line-of-business, and operations leadership
- Coordinate activities between multiple (related) projects
- Supports the Change and Transformation as well as the Operational Excellence program
- Intelligent automation deployment
- People/process change
- Analytics demonstrating change/measurement control planning
- Leads program planning, tracking, and execution. Adept at using portfolio and project management software to plan, schedule, and track work in real time.
Required Skills:
- Program/Project Management experience
- 1-3 plus years’ Fulfillment, Service and Operations experience in a lending environment
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- 1-3 years’ experience with project delivery work
- Bachelor’s college degree required
- Leadership level presentation experience
Desired Skills:
- PMP certification a plus
- Has experience in internal tools like PPRT, ChangeHub, AppHQ, etc…
- Global Trade knowledge (financial transactions between a buyer and seller of goods often across international borders)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or Lean Agile certification a plus
