Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 5+ years of program or product management experience where your primary responsibilities involved the design of software features working closely with an engineering team
• Ability to translate customer requirements and scenarios into features, including writing software specifications with user experience
• Experience using data to drive prioritization and measure progress
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with building services on Azure or other cloud services
• Experience with data analytics and related technologies, including Kusto (Azure Data Explorer), SQL, ETL technologies, machine learning (ML), and PowerBI.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations
• Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager on our team, you will have a direct and clear impact on our products and customers.  In this role, you will work closely with talented engineering and Data Science teams, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Azure, and have the opportunity to design, deliver, and iterate on new tools, applications, and Azure features. Our work has high visibility with the Azure leadership team and ample opportunities to share our successes and receive support and guidance from them.
The scope of responsibilities includes:

• Listening to customers and internal users to understand their business scenarios and challenges

• Engaging with engineering teams across CXP to understand dependencies and align priorities for new features and programs

• Partnering with our engineering teams in all phases of development as a subject matter expert on feature design and user experience that focuses on security, privacy, compliance and excellence.

• Providing hands-on program management during various phases of our projects including day-to-day contributions as part of agile development practices.
