Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development o OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+years of experience innewproduct developmentprocessand sustaining, preferably Storage and/orMemory product developmentprocess/sustaining.
  • Deep knowledge in Memory (DRAM and its replacement) and/orStorage technologies (SSD and HDD), including HW and FW.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high complexity HW/FW program developmentprocess
  • Cloud and/orEnterpriseserver product developmentprocessand system level knowledge
  • StoragedeviceFW managementincluding NPI and Sustaining
  • Experience in Kusto query and Power BI data visualization
  • Experience with Microsoft DevOps and dashboard
  • Experience working with Enterprise Class Memory and Storage products from multiple vendors inNPIandSustaining.
  • Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and data analytics skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and people skills, innovative, and can inspire, motivate, and lead cross functional teams.
