Job Responsibilities： Drive and execute annual strategic plan for AIS portfolio
Optimize and safeguard the current supplier base, including management of senior level relationship with key suppliers, defining the best-suited process to execute, etc Work as part of the New Product Development process to identify future needs and supply partner to support the implementation/transfer/scale up/customer qualifications of the NPD projects
Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories Inventory and Lead time reductions
