As a TS Billing Operations Team Member within our dynamic team, you will immerse yourself in all production sub-processes of TS Billing. You will play a crucial role in managing revenue feed, billing setup, and maintenance, and addressing billing queries. Your contributions will ensure seamless billing operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and master various systems, applications, and processes used by the team.
- Participate in required training and apply learning to enhance job performance.
- Deliver work with accuracy and precision, aiming for zero defects.
- Monitor incoming communications and requests related to account setup and billing updates.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies consistently.
- Review work to identify and correct errors, preventing impacts on customer bills.
- Respond to inquiries and escalate issues to management promptly.
- Identify opportunities to exceed targets and recommend process improvements.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related field.
- Strong process and results orientation, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in mainframe and PC-based software, including MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in verbal, written, and conversational English.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of Wholesale Payments and Billing.
- Experience with MS Access SQL, Intelligent Solutions, and Alteryx.
