JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer business plans to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and ensure customer success
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer business managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence
  • At least 25% travel required
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in customer business/program management roles
  • 5+ experience working with or for defense OEM
  • 3+ years of experience running a military defense program
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance
