Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously and bringing clarity and structure.
- Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, building reporting dashboards in high data volume environments.
- Ability to partner with technical, business, and operations stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, with the ability to understand trends, develop insights, and structure and solve large, complex and novel problems.
- Excellent business acumen skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to help influence executive leadership.
