Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in an unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously and bringing clarity and structure.
Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, building reporting dashboards in high data volume environments.
Ability to partner with technical, business, and operations stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent financial modeling skills, with the ability to understand trends, develop insights, and structure and solve large, complex and novel problems.
Excellent business acumen skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to help influence executive leadership.
