In this role, you will:
- Supervise coordinators in performance of less complex tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance of assigned work
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk management, and control opportunities
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of senior management; leverage interpretation of existing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned department or business group
- Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Has at least 5 years of people management experience
- Extensive experience on Quality Assurance process and has deep understanding on risk and control related to Customer Complaints.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
Job Expectations:
- Can work mid to night shift with 5 days RTO.
- Can manage at least 10 Full-Time Employees.
- Provide training and support to QA Team members that covers systems, policies, procedures and core processes.
- Manage and facilitates capacity planning and workload distribution.
