Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a technology contracting, agreement desk, legal, or sales operations environment.
Experience working with non-standard customer agreements, with a focus on tailoring agreements to meet unique business needs.
Experience with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing agreement structures and communicating them clearly to influence internal and external stakeholders up through executive leadership.
Experience in supporting a goal carrying, enterprise selling organization in the cloud, software, consulting or technology space.
Experience in project management or transactional problem-solving.
Ability to lead and take on multiple time-sensitive projects at one time.
