Responsibilities:

• Contributes to a wide variety offinancialprojects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills. Projects and assignments will give exposure to a different part ofcorporatefinance, such as commercial finance, supply chain finance, controllership, financial planning and analysis

• complete the project overthecourse of theinternship

• Owns the day-to-day completion of the project work within the assigned team, with guidance from the Assignment Leader

• key learnings over the project

Qualifications:

• undergraduateSophomore or Junior classification (target graduation dates between December2025-May2026)

• Must be enrolled full-time (the semester after you work) at an accredited college or university

• Target majors include Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics

• Demonstrated interest in a finance career

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0

• Able to work for a minimum of10-12 weeksduring the summer of 2025

• Willing and able to relocate to Chicago, ILduring the summer of 2025(relocation stipend and corporate housing available)

• Willing and able to work in a hybrid setting

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to influence others and lead small teams

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
