Creative Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage creative development across digital properties, ensuring a consistent and effective presence across all tactics and channels.
• Collaborate with the onsite Creative Lead to maintain adherence to brand guidelines, project briefs, and the creative process, resulting in content that meets strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, offering guidance and support to designers and content creators to enhance their skills and output.
• Ensure the production of a wide range of content, including emails, banners, social media content, and marketing collateral, is of the highest quality.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Communications, marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a content creation or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and creative campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and digital media.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with content management systems like Workfront, Content Central, Veeva Vault PromoMats Library, and eWizard will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
