Digital Content Producer

A detail-oriented and tech-savvy Content Producer to play a vital role in assembling and authoring content for various tactics and channels using Content Management tools and HTML, CSS. The Content Producer will collaborate closely with design teams, content library personnel, and QA resources to deliver high-quality content that aligns with project briefs. The ideal candidate will have experience in content authoring within digital interfaces, a strong understanding of content governance, and the ability to iterate on feedback to ensure content excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and author content for various digital tactics and channels using Content Management tools.
• Collaborate seamlessly with design teams, content library product owners, and QA resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
• Manage the content production process, ensuring timely publishing and adherence to project timelines.
• Uphold content governance policies by overseeing version control, ensuring proper documentation, and archiving outdated content.
• Respond to and iterate on feedback from QA, Creative, and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) teams to refine content and meet all compliance requirements.
• Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the content production process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Content Producer, Content developer, or similar role within a digital content environment.
• Hands on experience with Content Management Systems and authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of content governance, version control, and archiving practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and make necessary content adjustments.
• Experience with QA processes and working with MLR teams is highly desirable
